Our Key Services

We have extensive experience delivering analytical products across the criminal justice and community sectors. This includes developing bespoke data collation and reporting methods for multi-agency projects, such as the Integrated Offender Management Scheme within Bedfordshire, which we have delivered for the last 11 Years.

We analyse and present data in a variety of engaging formats to suit different audiences, including detailed reports, infographics, and interactive Power BI dashboards. We provide quarterly and annual performance and impact reports for governing boards, key funders, and project partners across seven current services. Internally, we produce analytical reports that inform management supervision, strategic planning, and our Board of Trustees’ decision-making.

In the past, we have implemented OASIS, YouTurn Futures secure Case Management System, ensuring that beneficiary data is retained in line with GDPR requirements and we also gather and analyse Service User feedback to improve service delivery and outcomes. We ensure that every voice contributes to our learning and development

We can support gap analysis for bid writing and project development, promote best practice in data management and retention, and provide evidence-based insights to guide strategic decision-making. In addition, we can help you design Service User surveys, evaluate feedback, and present findings through engaging infographics and visual data tools that showcase your impact.
